The National Association of REALTORS surveyed home buyers who purchased a home between July of 2003 and June of 2014.  The survey reported that forty percent of buyers found their agent through a referral from a friend or family member and 12 percent used an agent they had used before to buy or sell a home.  Another surevey suggests that you will run into many people in the next 12 months who are looking to buy, sell or rent a home...don't forget to refer Vandana Bhalla with The Bhalla Group at Signature Real Estate Group when that happens.  Check out our past client reviews here.
