My name is Vandana Chima.  I am the Corporate Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Platinum Group and have been in the real estate business for over 10 years. I specialize in short sales, REOs, commercial real estate, property management, and multi-family properties. My multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to my clients and my agents. I am passionate about helping my agents develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of my firm's clients receive the level of service I would provide myself.

I not only graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Masters in Education but have also earned many certifications and designations including Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Commercial Real Estate Certificate (CREC), Five Star’s REO Certification, Equator Platinum Certified, RES.NET Certified and I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. I am equipped with the knowledge to guide and coach my agents in any specialty they wish to develop.

 I have earned the Ambassador Award 2010 and 2011 from Exit Realty Nevada and was awarded one of the Top 25 Asian Practioners Award by Asian Real Estate Association of America. Additionally, I earned 2007 and 2008 FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Award by Las Vegas Life Magazine. Furthermore, I was named one of the Women Who Mean Business 2011 by Las Vegas Business Press Magazine. More recently, I was awarded Top 40 Under 40 by Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.

 My office and I are members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR), the Nevada Association of REALTORS® (NVAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce. I sit on the GLVAR Grievance Committee and am the 2010 Secretary with the Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR). I am also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Las Vegas Chapter National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and am the 2012 Secretary of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). I am also a member of Five Star FORCE, GLVAR's Commercial Alliance and a FOUNDING member of Women Impacting Real Estate Solutions (WiRES).


 I believe that being a REALTOR® is about more than professional associations; I believe that REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work. I not only help the community by educating homeowners about the HOPE for Homeowners program and donating to Habitat for Humanity but to date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 10 Habitat Homes.

Originally from New Delhi, India, I moved to the Pacific Palisades when I was 8 years old. I moved to Santa Monica next, then moved from California to Las Vegas in 2003.
